If your infrastructure hits certain thresholds, we make sure to implement updates, before any bottle-necks come up. And we continuously maintain comprehensive documentation and backups of all device configurations.

Wireless Network Management

We deploy and fully manage your entire wireless network. We can manage deployments as small as a single access point to multi-site, global wifi networks, all from a single management interface. We deliver access points for zero-touch-deployment, or we can also take care of the physical installation on-site.

Branch Office Network Management

We deploy standardized branch and satellite office networks, including site-to-site VPN connections to your corporate network and cloud resources. We prepare devices for word-wide shipment and deployment by remote hands and support you and any on-site workers throughout the whole deployment process. And we take care of monitoring & operation tasks after implementation.

Client & Server Management

We manage any client computers and servers. We use cloud-based device management and maintenance tools to manage all of your devices, independent of location: from deployment, over monitoring, patch and security management, vulnerability control, to redeployment if a device owner changes or secure decommissioning if the lifecycle has ended.

Remote Maintenance Management

We manage and conduct any remote maintenance tasks, from simple, regular device updates to sophisticated checks and tasks, including proof of conduct and reporting. We use automation whenever possible but can manually process tasks if required. We help you identify tasks suitable for remote execution and automation and deploy solutions to help improve both process quality and efficiency.
